The nightly battle

Our apartment only has two rooms, so the kids share a room. Alissa loves to climb, so she has been able to climb out of the crib for quite some time now. (note to self: put up Alissa's toddler bed). Every single night, Alissa trys to climb into Zach's bed...and with out fail, Zach screams and cries. Alissa hits Zach, Zach hits Alissa, and it turns into a big old battle! Well, last night was different! After things had calmed down (after about a half hour of fights), Zach feel asleep and Alissa climbed right up on that bed and fell asleep too! Alan and I have been saying for weeks that we would love to see them fall asleep together! We know that Alissa just wants to be close to Zach...she sure does love her big brother! but Zach gets annoyed at her! But I guess that's how being a brother and sister goes right? So day they will realize just how special they are to each other!
